Information Architecture

We worked to reduce dead-ends, redundancies, and any conflicting and/or confusing content, while creating an easy-to-navigate site structure that would allow key users to to quickly access relevant information.

Research & Personas

After an in-depth analysis of the the persona research we found that the motivations and goals of each user group was very specific, with minimal overlap. With this in mind we built out unique sections for each vertical and product page addressing the validation points of individual users.

developing uX Patterns

Based on our analysis of the key user personas, input from product owners and key stakeholders, we constructed a modular system for the product and industry pages, composed of a consistent framework for the top section of the page, followed by qualifiers that reflect individual user persona research and what resonates with each specific user.

These are built in a modular way so they can be leveraged to customize product pages. Sections can be shifted, added, or removed easily for testing and optimization. To make the pattern scalable, the components can be customized to fit different forms of content while still maintaining a cohesive structure.
