Since 1999, Fresh has been Toronto’s original source for modern plant-based food. Plant based and health focused food is a growing trend, and with any lifestyle gaining popularity, there are followers. It is a cluttered marketplace – how does a trusted brand keep itself fresh?

Research & Personas

When addressing challenges, we wanted to learn about not only the consumer market, but also to ensure the valued Fresh company culture was considered. We did this through a combination of research and a series of interviews with Fresh staff and customers that helped to inform the personas.

We worked to carefully refresh the brand, lining it up for growth and expansion with a vibrant new look that feels (for lack of a better word) fresh without alienating its committed clientele.

From coffee cups and gift cards to a full website redesign, we worked to pull the new identity through all touch points to keep the user journey clear and consistent.
